The realization of meaning is a game-changer for humans. Take it from Viktor Frankl, psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, who says that humans are driven by the discovery & pursuit of what we find meaningful. That the “uniqueness and singleness” in each of us doesn’t just give meaning to our existence – it has “bearing on creative work.”

I’ve seen why transform brands from the inside out and close the gap between who a brand is and who the world thinks they are. I’ve seen teams go from operating on assumptions to “absolutely, why would we do it any other way?” I’ve seen a meaningful story strategy break the floodgates that let in every opportunity: grants awarded, partnerships forged, goals exceeded, C-suites newly confident, employees who are happier, more motivated and more creative.

The why in “why isn’t this working like it should?” I can’t resist that chase. As a strategist, I think in stories. I sharpen meaning. I unlock understanding. I build systems that work. Because a truthful, meaningful story can start an evolution and make a difference for real people. Like you. Like me.
